It draws on my own experiences of interacting and play- ing with various musicians I have en- countered along my life's journey, offering both reflections and technical examples. If you are primarily interested in practical material, you may skip the introductory chapters. However, I recommend reading everything at the beginning of the book as it may prove useful for your personal growth as a musician.
